The monitoring system for this project will used mobile app. :
To Ensuring Transparency and Integrity
This methodology aims to establish transparency and integrity in the Code Blue Project, preventing issues like "incomplete project" and Money laundering. We used inhouse build (already develop) android app. it collect all data related to project. such as farmers location, name of the farmer, type of trees planted, each and individual plant geolocation (Longitude and Latitude), planted date , Minimum 2 people reference with mandatary council officer), Land deed/Lot Number.
Prevent Exploitation and Abuse:
The app will identify project location: From registering to initial payment. App will monitor geolocation of phone. also it will collect data including individual tree location and type of tree planted.
Farmer ID/photo : Each farmer need to take this or her photo on project located. It is an essential step, as app monitor both farms location and his bio. (only used to identify the location and person , non other time app will not trac the participants personal information)
Before start /After finished photo and video : We encouraging farmers to used Facebook community page (Code Blue farmers page) to interact with visual image and videos. This approach minimised abuse in various ways. also It will helps to motivate other farmers to engage similar project.
Minimum Two reference requirement : Farmers must provide minimum 2 reference. one of them must be local Government agent call “Gramesekara” and any other non family related reference. Code blue project responsibility is to contact reference before initial payment release.

Implement Robust Accounting and Auditing Frameworks: App will generate unique google spreadsheet for each and individual farmer. it will establish clear accounting standards and independent auditing frameworks. It ensure accurate individual bio and verification app password and all other project related information.
High-Quality, Verified Carbon Credit Projects: It will help us to develop platform and allocation carbon credit for individual farmers with higher level of integrity.
Implementing these measures will help address current vulnerabilities in the carbon credit system and prevent farmers from exploiting loopholes, ensuring meaningful climate action and successful project outcomes.
The app will include:
Farmers biometric: To identify the farmer.
Farm location (longitude and latitude)
Minimum two Reference.(Local government employee is must)
Type of trees planted and its location (longitude and latitude).
